What is Hatha Yoga and what are its advantages?

Hatha Yoga is the Classical form of Yoga. The word “Hatha” can be easily converted two ways: as “wilful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” and “moon,” the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for the meditation.
